While a gateway is offline, you will not receive alerts that rely on data from FarmRoad Sensors connected to that gateway. This affects:
  • Alerts configured to use only data from FarmRoad Sensors connected to the offline gateway.
  • Alerts configured for a sector or crop where the selected measurement is supplied only by Folium devices connected to the offline gateway.
Alerts which are configured for a crop or sector that use a measurement type that has multiple data sources will continue to receive alerts, provided at least one of those data sources is still operational.

This issue will be resolved when the gateway comes back online. Please see gateway support.
